Assessments and Reports

Personal information needed for assessments is collected through questionnaires, conversations, and relevant documentation.

Once an assessment is completed, the student (or parent/carer if under 18) will receive the report via a password-encrypted email. You have the right to request corrections or ask for sensitive personal data to be removed.

Your assessment report remains private and confidential. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

A secure, password-protected digital copy of your report will be stored for 7 years for adults (or until age 25 for those under 18) before being permanently deleted. Physical copies and any additional personal data related to the assessment will be destroyed within 4 weeks of the assessment date.

You may request a copy of your report or access any additional personal data at any time within this retention period.
